Adjusting Your Personal Spam Settings

Changing the way that spam is handled for your email account is simple. Please visit the following links to get started with customizing your email.

How to blacklist an email address

After you have made the blacklistings and whitelistings that you may or may not need to make, you may want to consider changing your anti-spam protection to "Normal," rather than the default, "Normal (w/Quarantine). The "Normal" setting will automatically send a reply message to the spammer from the server saying, "User does not exist." This will help to reduce the amount of spam that you receive in the long run because spammers will remove your information from their list when they get the "bounceback" message.
